Jasjit S. Suri is a research professor at the Biomedical Research Institute in Idaho and chief technology officer at Biomedical Technologies, Inc. in Colorado. Dr. Suri has spent over 20 years in imaging sciences and his last 14 years have been dedicated to medical imaging modalities. He has published more than 200 papers and co-authored 15 books on topics in body imaging, and is an editorial board member of Real Time Imaging, Pattern Analysis and Applications, Engineering in Medicine and Biology, and other journals in the field. He has chaired several biomedical imaging tracks at international conferences and has given more than 40 presentations and seminars in the field. Dr. Suri received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.
