Sun Kim is associate professor and associate director of bioinformatics at Indiana University's Center for Genomics and Bioinformatics. Prior to IU, he worked at DuPont Central Research as Senior Computer Scientist and at the University of Illinois as Director of Bioinformatics. Dr. Kim earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of Iowa.
