Alex Tarter works for Ultra Electronics in London, specializing in UAV and aviation security projects. He has prepared over 50 reports on various aspects of aviation security for EUROCONTROL and UK MoD and has written over 20 papers in peer-reviewed journals. He holds a master's degree in engineering from Imperial College London and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. at Lancaster University.
