Umit Ozguner is a professor of electrical and computer engineering at Ohio State University and holds the TRC Inc. Chair on Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). He received his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois and has held positions at I.B.M., University of Toronto and Istanbul Technical University. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers.
