Sunghyun Choi is an associate professor in the School of Electrical Engineering at Seoul National University, Korea. He is the author of over 90 technical papers and numerous book chapters. Holder of patents in the US, Europe, and Korea, Dr. Choi received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering and computer science from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Byeong Gi Lee
Byeong Gi Lee is a professor in the School of Electrical Engineering at Seoul National University, Korea. Dr. Lee is the co-author of Integrated Broadband Networks: TCP/IP, ATM, SDH/SONET, and WDM/Optics and Broadband Telecommunications Technology, Second Edition (Artech House, 2001, 1997). He received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
