Sami Tabbane is Professor and Director of Studies at Ecole Superieure des Communications de Tunis. He is a member of the IEEE and the Association des Anciens Eleves de L'Ecole des Mines de Paris. His recent research activities have focused on mobility management in cellular systems, cellular systems planning and engineering issues, and macrodiversity methods. He received his Ph.D. in Networks and Computer Science from the Ecole Superieure des Telecommunications de Paris.
