  • Tung-Sang Ng Tung-Sang Ng is the Head and Chair Professor of Dept of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Hong Kong. He holds a Ph.D. from Newcastle University, Australia.
  • Jiangzhou Wang Jiangzhou Wang is an associate professor at the University of Hong Kong. A senior member of IEEE, he currently serves as Editor of IEEE Transactions on Communications and Guest Editor of IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications on Wideband CDMA. He holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Ghent, Belgium, and has published extensively.
