Christos Christodoulou is a Distinguished Professor and Associate Dean for Research for the School of Engineering at University of New Mexico. He is the recipient of the 2010 IEEE John Krauss Antenna Award for his work on reconfigurable fractal antennas using MEMS switches, the Lawton-Ellis Award, and the Gardner Zemke Professorship at the University of New Mexico. He has published over 500 papers in journals and conferences, has 14 book chapters and has co-authored 6 books. His research interests are in the areas of modeling of electromagnetic systems, cognitive radio, machine learning in electromagnetics, high power microwave antennas, reconfigurable antenna systems, and millimeter wave propagation.

Dr. Vince Rodriguez is manager of chamber engineering and senior staff engineer at NSI-MI. He is well known across industry for his expertise in measurement systems, antennas, and anechoic chamber design. Since 2017, Dr. Rodriguez has served as adjunct research professor of electrical engineer at the University of Mississippi where he earned his Ph.D in engineering science with an emphasis on electromagnetics. Dr. Rodriguez is a senior member of the IEEE, an E. S. Gillepie Fellow of the Antenna Measurement Techniques Association, a Fellow of the Applied Computational Electromagnetic Society, and served as a distinguished lecturer for the Electromagnetic Compatibility Society. Dr. Rodriguez is the author of more than fifty publications, including journal articles, conference papers, and book chapters, and he authored the Artech House book Anechoic Range Design for Electromagnetic Measurements.

Brian Culshaw has been a professor of electronics at Strathclyde University, Scotland, since 1983, where he currently serves as the head of the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering. He is the co-editor of Optical Fiber Sensors, Volumes III and IV and author of Smart Structures and Materials. Professor Culshaw has published over 300 technical papers, holds several patents, is a member of the IEEE and the OSA, and has served two terms as director of SPIE.

Christophe Caucheteur is a senior research Associate associate at the F.R.S.-FNRS and head of the Advanced Photonic Sensors Unit. In 2016, he cofounded the spin-off company B-SENS, developing smart sensing solutions based on the fiber Bragg grating technology. Caucheteur completed his master's in electrical engineering at the Faculty of Engineering (University of Mons, Belgium) in 2003. In 2007, he was awarded a PhD in Applied Sciences from the same institution.

Dr. Joseph R Guerci has over 30 years of advanced technology development experience in industrial, academic, and government settings - the latter included a seven year term with Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) where he led major new technology development efforts in his successive roles as Program Manager, Deputy Office Director, and Director of the Special Projects Office. Dr. Guerci has a Ph.D.E.E from NYU Polytechnic University and is the author of over 100 technical papers and publications, including the books Space-Time Adaptive Processing for Radar, 2nd ed., (Artech House) and the recently published Cognitive Radar: The Knowledge-Aided Fully Adaptive Approach, (Artech House). He is a Fellow of the IEEE for “Contributions to Advanced Radar Theory and its Embodiment in Real-World Systems”, and is the recipient of the 2007 IEEE Warren D. White Award for “Excellence in Radar Adaptive Processing and Waveform Diversity”. Recently he was named the 2010 IEEE Waveform Diversity and Design “Person of the Year” for “For Scientific, Technical, and Executive Leadership Contributions in Making Waveform Diversity a Fielded Technology “. In 2020 Dr Guerci was awarded the IEEE Dennis J. Elliot D. Kaplan is principal engineer at The MITRE Corporation in Bedford, MA. He earned his B.S.E.E. from the Polytechnic Institute of New York and M.S.E.E. from Northeastern University. Mr. Kaplan has been participating in GPS-related government programs since 1986. He edited and coauthored Understanding GPS: Principles and Applications.

Christopher J. Hegarty is a senior principal engineer with The MITRE Corporation's Center for Advanced Aviation System Development. He received his B.S. and M.S. in electrical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a D.Sc. in electrical engineering from the George Washington University. Dr. Hegarty is a member of the Program Management Committee of RTCA, Inc., and also serves as cochair of RTCA Special Committee 159. William Webb is CEO of the Weightless SIG, the standards body developing a new global M2M technology. He is a Director at Webb Search, an independent consultancy, and President of the IET. He was one of the founding directors of Neul, a company developing machine-to-machine technologies and networks, which was formed at the start of 2011. Prior to this William was a Director at Ofcom. Previously, William worked for a range of communications consultancies in the UK in the fields of hardware design, computer simulation, propagation modelling, spectrum management and strategy development. William also spent three years providing strategic management across Motorola’s entire communications portfolio, based in Chicago. William has published 13 books, over 100 papers, and 18 patents. He is a Visiting Professor at Surrey and Southampton Universities, an Adjunct Professor at Trinity College Dublin, a Board member of Cambridge Wireless, other oversight Boards and a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, the IEEE and the IET. Naoki Matsumura is a principal engineer at Intel Corporation and is responsible for battery algorithm development in charging and CPU turbo-boost, and new battery chemistry for mobile devices, data centers, and Internet-of-Things (IoT) devices. He is frequently invited to international conferences to speak on battery topics such as machine-learning/deep-learning based battery charging algorithms. He also teaches at San Jose State University as an adjunct faculty member, where he also serves on the Materials Engineering Industry Advisory Council. Prior to that, he held battery research and development roles at Panasonic Corporation. He earned his MS in energy science from Kyoto University and holds many patents. He is the author of a peer-reviewed battery book published by Artech House.

Dr. William J. Blackwell is a laboratory fellow in the Applied Space Systems Group at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, where he leads several atmospheric remote sensing projects. He is currently the principal investigator (PI) on the NASA TROPICS Earth Venture mission and has served as associate editor of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing and the IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society (GRSS) Magazine, cochair of the IEEE GRSS Remote Sensing Instruments and Technologies for Small Satellites working group, the NASA Aqua science team, and the National Academy of Sciences Committee on Radio Frequencies. He is a fellow of the IEEE and an associate fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
