Shipping
Orders to all destinations are shipped via Royal Mail, by second-class post within the UK and by airmail outside the UK. There is an £11.00 postage and packing fee for the first item and £3.00 for each additional item for all orders mailed within the UK and Europe. Airmail to the rest of the world is £9.00 per item.
In the UK, please add 20% VAT for all software and video orders.
All books in stock will be shipped within 48 hours. Allow 4–5 working days for delivery within the UK, 5–15 working days for delivery within Europe and 15–25 working days for delivery to Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

How to Order
We have made every effort to ensure that buying an item from our website is as simple as possible.
You can search the website for information by either using the “Search" button or by browsing through our subjects, using the listing located on the left hand side of the Artech House home page. When the item you have selected appears on screen, you will be asked to select a location to obtain the price. After choosing your location, an “Add to Cart” button will appear on screen, allowing you to add the item to your shopping cart. Shipping costs will be automatically figured for you according to your location.
You may continue to shop by adding desired products to your shopping cart or conveniently checkout by clicking the “My Cart” located in the navigation bar at the top of the screen. The checkout page will show you the contents of your shopping cart and give you the option of either removing the item you have placed in the cart or editing the quantity. You can also enter a "Promotion Code" if applicable and choose your shipping information.
At the bottom of the screen you are prompted to login in. You will either register for the first time, or returning customers can simply enter in their email address and password. New customers will then be asked for their billing and shipping details. This information will appear for returning customers. If you are ready to finalize the buying process and leave our website, just select "Checkout." You will not be charged for any items until you proceed all the way through checkout.
