  • B.S. Dhillon B.S. Dhillon is a professor of engineering management in mechanical engineering at the University of Ottawa. He received his Ph.D. in industrial engineering from the University of Windsor. Dr. Dhillon received his M.S. in mechanical engineering and B.S. in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Wales.
