  • Rudi Bekkers Rudi Bekkers received a Ph.D. for a study on the success and failures of European standards for mobile communications at Eindhoven University of Technology. He also holds a B.Sc. in electrical engineering and an M.Sc. in technology and society. Dr. Bekkers is the co-author of Mobile Telecommunications: Standards, Regulation, and Applications (Artech House, 1999).
