K.P. Ray is a senior scientific officer and head, RF & Microwave System Division at SAMEER in Mumbai, India. He received his M.Sc. in electronics and his M.Tech.in microwave electronics from Delhi University and he holds a Ph.D.in electrical engineering from I.I.T. Bombay.
