Jens Zander is a professor and head of the Radio Communication Systems Laboratory at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, Sweden. Dr. Zander has published numerous papers on the resource management aspects of personal communication systems. He holds a M.S. and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Linkoping University, Linkoping, Sweden.
